Job Description:

Graphic Production Associate Position Summary To provide assistance to the Graphic Production Team with printing, finishing, packaging and shipping finished materials. Essential Functions Organizes products and materials (e.g. equipment and raw materials) to facilitate storage and shipment according to established company standards (e.g. items being stored safely). Assists in the preparation of POS materials using related equipment (e.g. printers, cutters, laminators) and assembles final materials according to standards. Organizes production and performs print quality control on printing equipment (e.g. FB700, Konica, Duplo and Zund G3 machines) to ensure print jobs are completed according to estimated due date and according to established standards. Prepares and coordinates all job ticket processes prior to shipments; updates shipment log (SharePoint) and notifies appropriate personnel according to established standards as needed. Communicates with co-workers, supervisor and management team verbally and in writing regarding the status of work activities (e.g. production process, receiving and shipping process) and other information; supervisor regarding questions or issues with daily assignment. Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, Pepsi standards, Federal/State/Local Laws); wears all required personal protective equipment. Completes time-off requests, inventory logs, shipping logs, daily reports and other required paperwork according to established standards. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as needed to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required. Education High School or GEDrequired Experience 1 - 3years of Point of Sale production experience (e.g. preparation of banners, signs). Computer Skills Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Certifications & Licenses Must be able to be trained to operate a forklift. Other Requirements Knowledge of: distribution environment; beverage industry, inventory systems. Skill in: internal customer service. Ability to: count accurately, decipher discrepancies and make corrections; work quickly, independently and efficiently; multi-task; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; adapt to change; read and write; perform basic math functions (e.g. addition and subtraction); obtain a forklift license; operate a forklift and graphic design finishing equipment (e.g. printer, laminator, electric cutter, binding equipment).
