PPG has an opportunity as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst!

You will work a hybrid schedule in the Cranberry Twp, PA office.

You will execute all facets of the process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance to meet goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and collect the data inputs for the S&OP database: Inventory, Sales, Forecast, Production and Purchases.


• Collaborate with various organization groups to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate.


• Drive improvements in planning processes by developing tools to assist with demand and supply modeling. Suggest optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy.


• Produce projections for demand, supply, and the resulting financial impact based on the S&OP inputs.


• Own the preparation of all data for the aggregate planning workbook and presentations for management reviews; including Demand Review, Supply Review, Reconciliation and Management Business Reviews (MBR).


• Work with IT as a SAP BW Super User for Demand and Supply Planning to address any issues or enhancement requests.


• Leverage the Data Lake, Power BI, SQL Server, Excel, and local databases to automate and streamline manual processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Mathematics, IT is required. APICS certification.


• 3+ years experience within a Manufacturing Environment.


• Experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning or similar role with familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)


• Experience in data mining and analysis; including Python, Power BI, QlikView, and SQL Server.


• Experience with MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems including SAP.
