Day to Day Responsibilities:



Product development work


Checking requirements for new product development initiatives (underwriting requirements, mortgage eligibility requirements)


Assessing financial and operational impacts


Pricing initiative analysis


Control execution


Monthly scorecard


Pricing strategy



Qualifications:



Minimum 6 years experience


Mortgage/lending background


Financial experience/exposure (P&L experience)


Product development experience
