Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Research each ERP customer account to help assign correct Customer Group, Region and Headquarters for all unassigned Data Warehouse customer accounts form all Segments & Divisions
• Validate all legacy Salesforce step-by-step training documents for internal & external user in the new combined Salesforce
• Re-create all training documents using the new Coherent template
