The Impact You'll Make in this Role

Responsible for research, analysis and resolution of high volume, complex customer accounts receivable, order entry exceptions and disputes involving contractual agreements and non standard billing agreements with hospitals, group purchasing organizations, nursing homes and miscellaneous medical service providers requiring durable medical equipment and associated peripheral medical supplies.

As a(n) Resolution Specialist II you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies

  • Partnering with our Disputes and Billing Team to facilitate resolution

  • Attending customer cadence calls

  • Determines root cause(s) recommends and implements appropriate activities and practices to increase collection of company revenue volume and decrease outstanding accounts receivable.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years experience handling complex order and billing discrepancies

OR

  • High School diploma AND nine (9) years experience handling complex order and billing discrepancies

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex A/R discrepancies.

  • Demonstrates good problem-solving skills.

  • Familiar with third party agencies and bankruptcy laws.

  • PC Skills.

  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to participate in all required training programs.

  • Ability to work effectively and exercise sound business judgment in a team environment, as well as independently.

  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of external and internal customers

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% (Domestic/International)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $49,206 - $60,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
