Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general accounting activities according to policies and procedures


• Prepares routine and adjusting journal vouchers


• Maintains various subsidiary records, ledgers, and workpapers supporting financial account balances and activity


• Performs monthly reconciliations on accounts related to the company's daily operations


• Bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and perform coding corrections


• Cross-trained in various functions, as required by accounting and finance team management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience


• 2+ years of accounting experience; Also open to high level Accounting experience


• Understanding of general accounting processes


• Technology knowledge and familiarity with proficiency in Excel


• Working knowledge of ERP package (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)


• Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
