Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.

Assists with benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
Administration of affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
Perform implementation, modification, and administration of benefit programs utilizing knowledge of appropriate laws to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and distribute written and verbal information to inform and educate employees of the company's benefit programs
Use the appropriate technical tools to perform clerical functions, such as maintaining records, processing new hire and Status Changes in Oracle, and preparing reports.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements.
Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
Train, mentor and lead by example to build constructive relationships by taking the initiative to make things better.
Provides counsel and guidance to employees on Human Resources and related legal issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Represent the company in the community and promote the company's goodwill interests in community activities.
