We are seeking Administrative Assistants for an established company in the greater Pasadena area.
Fully Onsite
$18-$23 an hour
Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area or person
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents using various software tools such as Microsoft Office
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
Maintaining and organizing files and records
Handling travel arrangements and reservations for staff members
Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
Coordinating and organizing events and meetings
Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Handling customer service inquiries and complaints
Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
Managing petty cash and other financial transactions
