We are actively looking for our next Embedded Cloud Leader (Senior Principal-Director) to join our Team in Northern California!



What You'll Do



  • Collaborate effectively with industry and capability leaders internally to help further sales strategy, lead our business development pursuits, and develop account plans

  • In partnership with industry leaders and sales executives - prospect and qualify client opportunities related to project based work, either originated from the partner ecosystem, Slalom lead generation, or other Slalom connections

  • Establish new client logos for Slalom and support deeper penetration at existing Slalom clients through technology project sales.

  • Identify, lead and close Slalom client opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle

  • Sell across the entire consulting portfolio, but may focus on two or more technologies or domain subject matter areas

    • Example: Technology (Cloud Platform, Data Engineering, etc.), Data Engineering, Salesforce and Business Advisory Services



  • Develop and share sales enablement collateral

  • Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the growth of Slalom

  • Maintain delivery requirements @ 40% utilization through advisory or engagement leadership roles

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted salary range is $230,000 to $260,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
