Position Summary
This position is on-site in Bethesda, MD.
National Capitol Contracting is seeking a high energy, service oriented, and exceptionally organized Conference Services Receptionist to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH). NIH is the nation's premier medical research and training institution that supports global conversation that forwards human welfare. In this role, you will interface with World-renowned Scientists, Doctors, Dignitaries, highly esteemed politicians, and countless others within the Scientific/Research Community. You will be responsible for coordinating support for their events and acting as the face of the Events Management Branch Conference Services team.
The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for communication and customer service over phones and in person, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and the ability to handle dynamic situations with professionalism and grace. This position involves communication at all levels of the NIH community, collaboration with internal and external teams, and participation in a culture of service, transparency, and stewardship. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
