The Sr. Manager/Manager, Market Access Marketing serve as the liaison between Market Access and Strategic Accounts (MASA) and other internal Azurity commercial partners. This position collaborates across the commercial organization, working closely with the various Azurity teams, helping all parties align on access needs, marketing material content, contracting strategies, messaging, and access updates back to the organization.

SUMMARY OF SKILL SETS & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will possess a high degree of market access knowledge, industry insights, product launch experience, analytical thinking, and presentation skills. You will professionally represent the MASA team at brand strategy, launch readiness and product performance review meetings. You may be asked to present the value of Azurity products, alongside the National and Strategic Account Teams externally. The ideal candidate will have ample launch experience in multiple disease states. You will skillfully track and analyze the payer marketplace and trends to help create the overarching access messaging for Azurity portfolio and launch products. You will use your deep industry knowledge and data-driven insights to influence internal organization support of MASA access strategies. You must be driven to solve problems, and continually stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, coverage, reimbursement policies, competition, and potential barriers to access. The Market Access Marketing Sr. Manager/ Manager must possess strong project management, prioritization, and organization skills, with a drive to meet deadlines and deliver quality work on a consistent basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA in related field with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of the pharmaceutical business OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in sales, market access and/or marketing is highly desired.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and executive presence skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge & advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required to be effective in the role. Time management and prioritization skills are critical skills needed to manage a large portfolio and deliver on time bound needs.
  • This is a remote position and requires up to 35% travel. Our home offices are east coast based and most meetings are held in the eastern time zone.
