Tower Health is seeking a full-time Medical Physicist in Radiation Oncology.
This position will contribute to clinical physics activities with primary appointment at McGlinn Cancer Institute within Reading Hospital.
Experience on TrueBeam and Halcyon/Ethos platforms preferred but not required.
Reading Hospital boasts 2 linear accelerators, with an additional vault currently under construction, and robust SRS, SBRT, online adaptive, and HDR programs.
The successful candidate will join a team of two physicists, four dosimetrists, and one service engineer.
Linacs include a Trilogy and IX, with an Ethos soon to be installed and an Edge in the pipeline to replace the Trilogy.
Other equipment/ software used include ARIA/Eclipse 15.6, Bravos HDR, Somatom CT-Sim, BrainLab ExacTrac, cylindrical 3D scanner, IC Profiler, Modus MR motion phantom, Portal Dosimetry, IQM, ClearCheck, AI Contouring, and Mobius3D.
Physicists at Reading Hospital are heavily involved in advanced clinical procedures, so candidates should have exceptional communication skills and expect to perform in a collaborative environment.
