The CT Technologist performs CT imaging according to established protocol to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by the physician.
They must demonstrate an understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
One must maintain knowledge in radiation protection and safety. Preparation and administration of contrast media is performed in accordance with hospital policy.
