We have a fantastic and challenging opportunity for an IT Manager who is responsible for all functional IT areas and supervision of the IT staff, systems, and networks within the IT scope of business. Manage and on-board vendors and contractors for work on IT Systems. Plan and manage IT Budget. Design and plan for all network and system upgrades. Determine technology road map and ensure it aligns with company goals and direction. Interface with all departments to assist in adding features to the ERP system and IT projects that require technical assistance, development, scope and planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with the technology related issues in the business.
  • Coordinates and collaborate solutions with functional users and IT staff to find solutions to problems identified including troubleshooting technical and process improvement
  • Leads IT Project Management
  • Responsible for Budgeting and Financial Management of the IT company expenses.
  • Proactively work with the business on process improvement for common issues.
  • Works with all business units on systems best practices.
  • Coordinate with business area leads to identify possible business policy and process improvements with respect to business processes, pricing, and business data accuracy.

  • Understands the product, customer, pricing data structures for each brand.
  • Responsible for supporting and assisting the rest of the ERP Support team with daily issues and tasks that may arise before escalating to management.
  • Responsible for facilitating and coordinating resolutions through to completion to all known application problems.
  • Responsible for maintaining helpdesk Service Level Agreement committed through the business
  • Problem-solving complicated business processes with end users across departments
  • Familiarity with hosting websites and website domain management
  • Maintain PCI compliance by implementing PCI DSS throughout system infrastructure.
  • Support IT security initiatives through management of Mimecast and Crowdstrike platforms.
  • Keep up with innovations in IT and support company initiatives to modernize IT solutions.
  • Vendor relationship management

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Information Technology, or CIS preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in and business application support related role.
  • 5 + years prior Supervision
  • Prior Budgeting Experience
  • Prior RFP experience
  • Prior User documentation experience
  • 3+ years working Microsoft Business Central environment or similar ERP system
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to learn new software platform quickly.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Business Central, Electronic Data Interchange, and order fulfillment processes or related software preferred.
  • Previous experience with SQL Server, C# and .NET debugging, network fundamentals, Server OS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

A collaborative, open space work environment located on the first floor of the 40,000 sq. foot facility located in Broomfield, Colorado. Team members share a common desk area. In a contained IT room. There are approximately 100 employees in the 40,000 sq. ft Broomfield corporate facility which houses a workout facility, multiple quiet telephone booths and a large employee breakroom for the employee’s use.
