As a Technical Support III you will:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. May require an associate degree in a related area and 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Manager Note:

More of a hardware technician role
Candidate will be working with Electronics, wiring new components/switches, replace existing switches, wiring PC boards.
Basic electrical understanding and some mechanical aptitude
Modify panels, enunciator boards and control room.
Computer skills, reboot
Aptitude to operate a computer.
some flexible hours
primarily hardware side
replacing switches, patching panels in simulated environment
3-5 years of experience
Education:

HSD with relevant experience
At the time of outage should be able to work 5 days/week and on normal days could be flexible with part-time
Core hours will be 7-3 with flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have: Electrical/mechanical background, repair switches and computer skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $28 - $29 per Hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
