About this role:
TheSoftware Developer, Senior will provide strategy and actionable steps identifying streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes, solutions, operational and maintenance optimization, continuous integration continuous delivery (CICD), test driven development and automation, application and performance monitoring and optimization, and system functional and architectural workflows with the goal of improving and modernizing the development experience internal and external to VA.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for functional activitiesSupport product lines, products, programs, and projects with implementing VA Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Lean Enterprises or other approved agile methodology.Analyze full technology stacks and technology components to include environments, activities, and events.Support project management teams with the utilization of tools within various platforms and hosting environments, such as Slack, Jira, Selenium, Jenkins, GitHub, Prometheus, Docker, Kubernetes, Confluence, ServiceNow, AppDynamics.Provide leverage expertise, industry best practices, and directives and guidance from ACOE, in support of the BAM projects across OI&T.
