Position ranges from Maintenance Generalist 03 to Maintenance Generalist 08. Hourly rates range from $25.05 to $32.95 plus $.65 shift premium. Position requires overtime and weekends. Salary offer is based on individual knowledge and experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:



Position is responsible for maintaining equipment in good working condition.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



• Perform preventative maintenance repairs on Flow Wrappers and Robotic equipment.



• Perform emergency mechanical and/or electrical repairs that may arise in a fast-paced environment


• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic Plant equipment


• Minimize downtime due to equipment failure


• Support production in addressing equipment problems during shift


• Complete monthly computer-based Dupont training and assigned safety training


• Record keeping and attention to detail



REQUIREMENTS:



• Strong Electrical experience preferred.

• Ability to push, pull, and lift 20 pounds repeatedly during shift.

• Ability to push, pull and lift 75 pounds occasionally


• Ability to stand on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day


• Must work in cold/hot temperatures ranging from -20 to 100 degrees


• Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, and gripping


• Frequent overhead work


• Basic Math skills: percentages, fractions, and measurements


• Must be able to work overtime and weekends


• Position will require Lock Out Tag Out certification


• Must have a minimum of 1 year of mechanic work experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program



*** Sign-on Bonus of $5,000. Monthly payments of $1,000 begin after completing 1 month of satisfactory employment.
