JOB REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience required. Electro-mechanical systems and customer service. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and computer systems, with a background in customer service, or, a high school diploma with a minimum of 13 years of experience with heavy equipment repair or maintenance, electronic control system experience.
Normal office environment with occasional overnight domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Must be able to travel up to 10 - 15% of time
Must be able to address and respond to complex technical questions via telephone, website, and/or Email
