We presently have an opportunity for a Service Appointment Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained and skilled member of the Service Team and handles inbound service reservation calls, confirms reservations, performs outbound follow-up calls for due/overdue service clients, Special Order Parts notifications, Additional Service Requests, billing, as well as outbound call campaigns as needed.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?


  • Promptly and professionally answer multiple inbound calls; with the number one goal being, to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule a solid and specific service reservation.

  • Master and follow all training materials including inbound service call guides, Strategic Responses, and outbound call guides provided by Blueprint.

  • Provide clients with current information pertaining to current service offerings.

  • Proactively contact clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, missed reservations, and politely remind clients of due & overdue services.

  • Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.

Position Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, listening and customer relationship skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred

  • High school diploma

  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
