Your Key Responsibilities

• Continuously applies lean methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS) to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned, e.g. a production segment.
• Support the application of lean management standards within the SPS.
• Deploy and train all lean management methods and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and summarize the results achieved.
• Report the review status of the SPS implementation status in the own unit.

Your Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business Management)
• MOVE (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing. Single Piece Flow Methodologies of Production Continuous Process Improvement) Philosophy Knowledge
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Preferred:

• Experience in Kaizen Program, time study, bottleneck theory and lean manufacturing techniques
• Training and experience with six-sigma problem solving
• Extensive knowledge of problem-solving tools
