IntelliSource is on the lookout for a skilled General Labor / Maintenance Technician in the Winter Park area! IntelliSource is excited to partner with a premier resort in the scenic Winter Park, CO, seeking a dedicated individual to fill a key General Labor / Maintenance position on a full-time basis. This role is vital for the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort's facilities, ensuring a stellar experience for both guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Work a 40-hour work week with 10-hour shifts


• Oversee and perform maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of cabins, lodge rooms, public spaces, restrooms, and dining areas.


• Undertake a variety of maintenance work such as plumbing, floor installation, carpentry, painting, and ensuring optimal lighting across the resort.


• Complete work orders promptly, manage receipts accurately.


• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, repairing or replacing parts as necessary, and ensuring machinery and facility adjustments are made.


• Implement routine preventative maintenance for all machinery, equipment, and facilities.


• Be available for on-call emergency service during evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Follow strict adherence to safety standards as per company policies and OSHA guidelines, ensuring workspaces and equipment are tidy and safe.


• Work collaboratively on team projects.


• Gain expertise in managing the resort's heating, cooling, and water systems.


• Address and solve problems efficiently, always with guest satisfaction in mind.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary


• Experience: At least 2-3 years of a maintenance technician or similar role


• Credentials: Relevant industry licensing and accreditations are a must, along with a valid driver's license.


• Safety Awareness: A keen understanding of safety procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace for all.


• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform the necessary physical tasks associated with the position including bending, lifting, twisting climbing, standing, and walking, etc.; Ability to lift up to 75lbs.


• Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.


• Valid License: A clean driving record and a valid Driver's License.


• Tool Wisdom: Familiarity with ranch equipment use and maintenance.


• All-Weather Worker: Be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
