This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Customer Experience team that's using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences. As a Senior Manager, Product Management (Property), you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Digital Product Management team reporting to the Sr Director, Product Management, you will support projects that enhance our digital guest experience, focusing on customer-centric, data-driven usability.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Drive the Hilton Digital roadmap, especially as it relates to the digital property experience
• Define and present new product concepts to both technical and non-technical partners
• Write top-notch business requirements, and work hand-in-hand with delivery pod to build and ultimately bring concepts to life for our customers
• Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that drive the most impact
• Revel in the data! Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from those metrics

How you will collaborate with others:

• Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton, including working closely with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Identify new opportunities that will improve the digital property experience for guests visiting our web and mobile app channels
• Define and prioritize customer experience features by working closely with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Eight (8) years of work experience in product, customer experience, technology, or related field
• Strong product management experience, including writing detailed, customer-centric user stories
• Experience using research and data to help craft a product roadmap
• Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Ten (10) years of Product-related experience
• Experience in A/B testing and/or multivariate testing
• Experience owning and delivering complex digital functionality
• Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
• Experience leading teams
