Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a FEMA RMD/RAPID IT Program Manager in McLean, VA.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of work experience


• Greater than six (6) years of experience managing people and developing teams


• Minimum of six (6) years of work experience in IT project or IT program management


• At least three (3) years of experience supporting a Federal IT Acquisition Program of a similar size ($55M annual program budget) and scope (i.e., multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks) in a senior leadership capacity


• Federal IT Acquisition Program management experience should include direct or indirect responsibility for activities such as supporting an IT Program Management Office, monitoring and reporting on agile software development activities, IT requirements management, program communications, and risk management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
