Billing Coordinator (Entry level) at H2M architects + engineers

Job Description:

H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, seeks an entry level Billing Coordinator to support our growing team. Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Project Accounting, this entry level position is responsible for assisting with project set-up and maintenance, timely and accurate billing and daily financial assistance to designated business groups.

Job Responsibilities


  • Assist with timely and accurate billing for designated projects
  • Provide day-to-day general financial assistance for business groups
  • Assist with set up of projects in BST accounting system
  • Assist with the review of proposal and contracts to ensure proper billing procedures; provide follow up as needed
  • Review of timesheets and expense reports
  • Perform other like duties as assigned

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
  • Must have prior accounting/finance, customer service and/or related experience
  • Prior experience with BST Enterprise preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Problem analysis, judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Adobe Professional preferred

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $62,000 annually.
