Job Description:

OnePeak Medical is searching for a talented and innovative Content Creator to join our Marketing team. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing captivating and informative content that educates, inspires, and engages our target audience. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, clinic staff, and healthcare providers, you will craft compelling blog posts, articles, social media content, videos, and other multimedia materials that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to actively participate in and coordinate company-sponsored community events to capture valuable content that promotes our brand.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in leveraging technology to support marketing efforts. Some travel will be required to OnePeak Medical clinics, Corporate Office, and community events.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing and communication goals.

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms, with grammatical accuracy.

  • Research and stay up to date with industry trends, healthcare news, and relevant topics to generate content ideas.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation.

  • Proficient in video recording and editing to include interviews (ability to coach interviewees is required).

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure topic and grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives.

  • Monitor and engage with audience feedback, comments, and inquiries across digital platforms.

  • Plan and coordinate support for community engagement initiatives, such as ordering materials and ensuring staff attendance at planned community events to promote health awareness and engage with the community.

  • Assist in organizing and promoting healthcare-related events, workshops, and seminars to drive community participation and foster relationships with community.

  • Develop content and marketing materials for community events, including invitations, presentations, flyers, and social media posts.

  • Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and local influencers to expand outreach and increase participation in community initiatives.

  • Evaluate the success of community engagement activities and events, gather feedback, and make recommendations for future improvements.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices, community engagement trends, and emerging technologies to enhance outreach strategies and engagement efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, healthcare, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, designer, or similar role in healthcare or a related industry (portfolio required).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulations is preferred.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative thinking and a passion for creating engaging and impactful content.

  • Experience in community engagement, event planning, or related fields is a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

  • Ability to work successfully in a hybrid environment.

  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed.

  • Home base in Eugene or Bend only.
