Expected to set up and machine various parts and materials in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of quality through all steps of part production.

Perform basic machine tool maintenance.
Expected to train on and operate other various shop machine tools, and train others as directed.
Expected to be a collaborative leader in pursuit of organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High proficiency in 4-axis Horizontal milling is required.
High proficiency in GD&T. Experience in Metrology and the ability to measure, examine, and test completed components to ensure conformance to specifications using common precision instruments.
High proficiency in creating and editing G and M codes.
Experience in tooling selection and fixture design for complex parts.
Experience in troubleshooting non-conformances.
Knowledge of various cutting tools and correct applications.
Knowledge in processing of diverse, common, and exotic alloys.
Experience with ISO9001, AS9100, and NAVSEA a plus.
Experience in 5-axis, mill turn, and Renishaw Probe utilization a plus.
Experience in MasterCam, machine simulation, and SolidWorks a plus.
Experience with Okuma and Haas Controls and machines a plus.
