Summary:


The Senior Manager, HR Analytics & Insights will play a pivotal role in shaping our human resources strategies through data analysis, interpretation, and insights generation. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our HR analytics roadmap, collaborating closely with HR leadership, and leveraging data to inform decision-making across the organization.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop HR Analytics Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on key areas such as enterprise talent strategies, talent acquisition, retention, performance management, Associate Engagement and DI&B.

  • Data Management and Governance: Oversee the collection, integration, and maintenance of HR data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze HR data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for HR initiatives and programs.

  • Predictive Modeling and Forecasting: Develop predictive models and forecasting methodologies to anticipate future workforce trends, identify potential risks, and proactively address talent management challenges.

  • HR Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing regular reporting and dashboards to HR leadership and senior management.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR business partners, and Centers of Excellence to understand their data needs, provide analytical support, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Technology and Tools: Evaluate and implement advanced HR analytics tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance data visualization, reporting capabilities, and self-service analytics for HR stakeholders.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related roles, with a track record of successfully leveraging data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
