of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDM and HFM, and maintaining metadata in EPMAAnalyze utilization of Life Cycle Management Ensure monthly close process runs
smoothly in HFM, Planning and Essbase applications. Support corporate and
remote users with Hyperion applications and Smart ViewWork with end users to
develop and enhance the application process in a manner that will result in a
stable productive environment Participate in the analysis of the efficiency
and effectiveness of current departmental processes and procedures and
ultimately help to implement identified improvementsMaintain internal and
external security policy compliance with the EPM environment, as well to handle special
projects and process improvements as determined necessary by management
Responsible for ensuring that the monthly close process runs smoothly in the
HFM, Planning and Essbase application. Coordinate issue resolution with
internal IT and external technical support providers
