Summary: Are you passionate about fostering growth and unleashing the potential within an organization? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Learning & Development Specialist to develop engaging and effective learning solutions with a proven track record supporting and analyzing performance management. This role will report to the Director of Talent Development and collaborate closely with our HR team and the business. You'll play a pivotal part in supporting the talent development strategies and success of our people to address business needs and impact the associate experience.


Responsibilities:



  • Learning Development and Delivery Develop, implement, and facilitate engaging learning programs and tools/resources to drive Associate development and productivity. Ensure alignment of learning and performance initiatives with organizational goals and values.

  • System Administration Serve as the primary administrator for Learning Management System (Workday or SuccessFactors preferred) and Performance Management System. Manage user access, course catalogs, and performance evaluation processes within the systems. Provide technical support and training users on LMS and Performance Management functionality and best practices.

  • Talent Development Support Coordinate and support the performance management and talent review processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the process. Develop and maintain Talent Development communications, e.g., intranet and email. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform decision-making. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences and performance/talent management processes to drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Learning Delivery Support Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness, soliciting feedback from participants, and adjusting content as needed. Coordinate logistics for learning experiences, including scheduling, live/virtual room setup, and materials preparation.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

  • 3+ years in talent development, performance management, and learning & development roles.

  • Standing for long periods of time.

  • LMS management, e.g., administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, delivery of learning content using LMS preferably Workday or SuccessFactors.

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Skilled in facilitating/delivering in-person and virtual learning.

  • Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning admin role, SharePoint and eLearning authoring is a plus.
