Summary: This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of B2B and B2B2C digital solutions in a multi-brand, multi-geography environment. This role will collaborate across business and technology teams to facilitate the capture of business requirements and support testing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. This role will develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end process for facilitating order capture for the B2B/B2B2C commerce platforms and enhancing their capability sets.


Responsibilities:



  • Partner with business, IT, and vendor partner stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements and create epics, features, stories and other artifacts to support development goals in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

  • Provide ongoing support to ensure high quality digital solutions are delivered throughout the lifecycle of the platform, through activities such as creating and managing test scripts and test cases, test planning, aligning test data and test execution, supporting the execution of UAT, and ensuring that all requirements are met.

  • Assist with various digital platform management functions and application administration needs.

  • Identify opportunities for new digital commerce platform capabilities, ensuring that the features are built to accommodate multiple brands and multiple regions.

  • Function as an advocate for customers while simultaneously identifying areas like business processes that need to be changed within the business to ensure project success.

  • All other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a directly related field.

  • Two to three year's experience supporting the capability delivery of various e-commerce platforms such as Hybris, Demandware/SalesForce Commerce Cloud, RepSpark, or similar. A minimum of 3 years experience applying software testing practices. A minimum of 3 years experience facilitating and documenting business requirements. A minimum of 2 years experience with agile development methodologies. Experience implementing mobile apps a plus.

  • The ideal candidate will possess: Strong subject matter expertise on B2B/B2B2C/e-commerce platforms. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong applied knowledge of testing practices to ensure work is of high quality. Strong understanding of processes and workflows and an ability to translate them into functional technology solutions focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Knowledge of agile software development methodologies. Knowledge of the Atlassian toolset (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.). Ability to estimate own work and drive it to completion in an efficient manner to meet business requirements. Ability to identify areas of risk due to requirements and help manage and communicate them to team leads on a timely basis. Provide input on design to ensure business needs are met.

  • May require travel as needed.
