Summary: Works under general supervision to perform a range of responsibilities related to manufacturing, product testing, and/or product development. Performs all job-related skills at the basic competency level and is developing proficiency in some job-related skills at the intermediate competency level.

Responsibilities:

• Make golf ball components and/or golf balls either in Fairhaven or the ball plants.


• Conducts experiments and/or product development trials and creates relevant documentation.


• Provides guidance to peers on equipment operation, processes, product testing, and troubleshooting.


• Undertakes basic preventative maintenance, and calibration of relevant equipment.


• Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; dedication to continuous learning preferred.


• 1-2 years of experience with golf ball manufacturing, testing, and/or development.


• Must not be adversely affected by materials in a golf ball manufacturing environment. Must be able to lift 45 pounds and have the physical stamina necessary to stand at workstations for long periods of time as required to complete assignments. Must have good or corrected eyesight. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to travel on company business as necessary, occasionally on short notice. Must pass all Health Services testing requirements for this position.


• Demonstrates curiosity, coachability, and attention to detail. Must possess basic mechanical competency.
