Summary: The Golf Ball Product Management Specialist, is responsible for managing the go-to-market process the Titleist golf balls. This role will work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful and timely global product launches. The product manager's core responsibility is to coordinate and support the various projects crucial to golf ball development and launch globally.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop, manage and maintain project dashboard across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Sales and Marketing, ensuring all development work in support of new products and launches moves forward on time and in a transparent manner

  • Document and drive globally packaging execution, inclusive of press dates, comp distribution and final approvals

  • Partner with golf ball marketing to support requests for in-shop golf ball initiatives to support both channel and country specific projects

  • Partner with Golf Ball Fitting & Education to ensure best in class fitting methodologies and golfer connection

  • In partnership with golfer insights, conduct golfer research for psychographic and demographic segmentation, product performance and improvement requirements for the performance category

  • Support global marketing and sales meeting as appropriate


Requirements:



  • BS or BA in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or related is required.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Product Management or related relationship / brand building function is required.

  • Candidate should possess strong golf acumen.

  • Strong business planning skills, demonstrated leadership in motivating teams.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills.
