This position is based in our Mira Loma, California location.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities :

Cleaning of office, production, and breakroom areas (includes windows and other glass surfaces).

Upkeep of restrooms - clean, sanitize, and maintain supplies.

Removal of trash and recycling.

Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing and mopping.

May maintain hard-surface floor areas by stripping, sealing, finishing, polishing, waxing, and/or buffing using chemical agents and power equipment.

Maintain exterior common areas around the Company facilities such as but not limited to building entrances, outside sitting areas, and patio areas.

Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department.

Document work activities via handheld device.

Comply with OSHA and SDS standards.

Comply with Blood borne pathogens proper disposal.

May be responsible to operate sweeper scrubber in warehouse area.

May assist with setting up and breaking down areas for meetings and special events.

Requirements :

Any Housekeeping or Custodial experience regarded as a plus but not necessary.

Ability to use typical equipment associated with a cleaning assignment including but not limited to mops, vacuums. cleaning chemicals, and personal protective equipment.

Must be able to lift & operate medium weight equipment associated w/position tasks including but not limited to vacuums, mops, sweepers, floor buffer and carpet extractor.

Usual work assignments require standing, walking, and lifting. Frequent bending and kneeling may be necessary to perform duties.

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The employee must be flexible with scheduling to include some peak cyclical / once only events that require support.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $33,300.00 - $50,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
