Job Summary
Access is seeking a motivated, energetic, leader to support rapid growth within Access’s sales organization. Serving as a partner and trusted advisor to the sales leadership team and other key functional leaders, the Manager, Sales Operations will be responsible for executing on strategic plans, developing, and delivering enhanced analysis, and ensuring all information provided is accurate. This is a critical and highly visible leadership role with significant opportunity for business impact.

The Manager, Sales Operations will oversee a small but growing team of analysts that has the responsibility to produce accurate and timely reporting and analysis. The Manager will also be involved in enhancing and improving all facets of reporting and analysis methods, continually looking at how to streamline and automate where possible. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, and creative with the ability and willingness to roll up their sleeves, participate in report production as well as put concepts into action.



Primary Functions

· Provide robust analytics for sales planning, productivity analysis, attainment, quotas, capacity, and staffing.
· Complete analysis of sales wins, losses, sales pipeline by product, sales leader, region, industry, etc.
· Participate in quota planning and the equitable assignment of sales force quotas.
· Analyze business trends and present creative, innovative insights to leadership that drive change and sales cycle improvement.
· Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to the organization's effectiveness and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in data integrity.
· Evolve existing reports and assist in developing new reporting tools as needed.
· Enable best in class reporting capabilities to support sales leadership in elevating rep performance; optimize reporting and dashboards to provide sales leadership with real-time business insights.
· Working closely with senior sales leaders to implement sales strategies, monitor progress, and evaluate results.
· Manage and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts; provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.


Education & Experience Required
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
· 1-3 years of progressive responsible management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead a service-based operation in a rapidly growing company.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Self-starter & action oriented; comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
· Proven track record of successful design and implementation of analytical tools.
· Understanding of sales cycle and sales process.
· Extensive experience with Salesforce and Excel; knowledge of CPQ, business analytics, data science, or big data with hands-on projects using Salesforce Analytics, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working closely with team of field sales reps a plus.
· Proven track record of managing and developing high performing team; minimum 1-2 years management experience.
· Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
· Ability to work cross functionally.

Physical Requirements
· Sitting for extended periods of time
· Ability to perform general computing and systems-related work for extended periods of time.

This is a remote position open candidates in the US.
Salary: $115k + 15% IC
