Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.
Key Accountabilities
Maintain HVAC systemDo minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairsCarry out preventative maintenance programsProvide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliabilityPerform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etcEnsure all safety equipment is in proper working orderComplete required reports when maintenance tasks are completedAnswer security/alarm calls as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
Ability to work specified shiftAbility to follow work procedures and safety rulesAbility to read, understand, and follow directions/instructionsBasic knowledge of mechanics, electrical, plumbing, and carpentryAbility to lift/move product that may weigh up to 100 poundsAbility to bend, stoop or crouch frequently in the course of the shiftHave appropriate hand, eye, and foot coordination to properly use hand tools and mechanical equipmentAbility to climb ladders and work at higher elevations

2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
