Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Memphis, TN.  

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineering Technician performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering.

Shift: 1st, 9:00 am -6:00 pm Tues-Sat

What a typical day looks like:


  • Performs set‑up of processing equipment.

  • Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.

  • Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.

  • Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

  • Line change configuration.

  • Performs corrective maintenance.

  • Work on special projects as required

  • Follows escalation procedures.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:


  • Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook


  • 2-4 years of related experience in repairing and troubleshooting electronics.

  • Complete understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

  • May make decisions or recommendations within a team or line.
