As the Manager, HSM Brand Engagement, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the Brand Engagement team reporting to Director, Brand Engagement, you will help establish, manage, and grow the role of Hilton Supply Management (HSM) in key Brand Initiatives and rollouts while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Support the execution of procurement strategy plans as defined by Brand Engagement and the HSM leadership team to improve efficiencies and overall customer satisfaction by serving as the HSM Lead in all enterprise-wide or cross-category Initiatives from development/concept to the rollout and implementation.
  • Attend preliminary planning sessions to gain knowledge of desired project outcomes, historical references, and partner relationships.
  • Share relevant information and project updates following established HSM communication processes to manage any risk and resolve problems.
  • Provide a holistic view of project key needs and ensure that the implementation of brand-wide initiatives is accomplished to meet brand expectations.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with stakeholder groups to develop product testing protocol and strategy for Brands, Hotels, and Suppliers.
  • Cultivate partnerships between Brands, HSM, and other team members to develop and establish processes to support Hilton, HSM, and Brand business objectives.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Implement rollout strategy with HSM leadership support to ensure the direction is consistent with and supported by all partners, including Brands, Legal, Finance, Operations, Global Communications, and Human Resources.
  • Contribute to departmental processes to ensure strategies and directives of the department are carried out following HSM and Hilton objectives.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of project management experience
  • Experience using data and analytics to develop presentations for leaders
  • Experience implementing strategic projects

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Procurement or Supply Management experience or in-depth knowledge of hospitality-related supplies and services
  • Experience with Demand Planning, Forecasting, Product Testing or R&D
