What you will be doing as a DAS Network Ops Engineer
Collaborate with departments to ensure optimum performance and minimal downtime of wireless assets through review, execution, and day-to-day operations.
Provide technical audit and validation of telecommunications infrastructure standards
Create statement of work regarding technical greenlighting, commissioning, and integration of telecommunications infrastructure
Support analysis and review of completed documentation; support efforts on-site as needed
Work with departments to ensure proper implementation of current and new procedures
Provide detailed documentation of efforts and progress within company toolset.
What you will bring to the table as a DAS Network Ops Engineer
Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of four to six (4-6) years of experience in an engineering-focused role in distributed antenna or other cellular industries.
Highly knowledgeable of the distributed antenna project workflow.
Moderately knowledgeable of wireless infrastructure testing methods and requirements.
Highly knowledgeable of current wireless technologies with a focus on physical layer KPI analysis and review.
Ibwave level 1 certification.
Four or More DAS OEM certifications.
Highly self-sufficient and able to efficiently manage time and multi-task to achieve goals and maintain timelines.
Must be Accountable/Results Oriented with an entrepreneurial nature.
Experience with computer applications required: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio.
