Job Information

Starting Wage: $21.00/hour

Wage Increases: $22.33/hour at 6 months, $23.37/hour at 12 months, $25.02/hour at 18 months, $28.20/hour at 24 months

Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, ability to work every weekend with scheduled days off during the week

Overtime: Overtime is paid at time and a half for all hours over 8 in a day

Job Description

UNFI in Green Bay, WI is looking for motivated full time warehouse associates to support the operations of our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for taking product off of shelves and getting all items ready for shipment. You will need the ability to work at a fast pace, while maintaining quality in your order fulfillment process.

• Receives, stores, and selects various grocery, perishable and general merchandise


• Transports product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack or forklift


• Works in a fast paced environment with varying temperatures


• Assists other departments with work activities when required


• Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner


• Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage


• Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled


• Ensures the correct labels are on the correct pallet

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older


• High school diploma desired


• Warehouse or pallet jack experience preferred


• Previous order selection, shipping and receiving, or experience in a physically demanding position is preferred


• Must be willing to consent to a background check, drug screen, and physical capacities test


• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds; frequent bending, stooping, and walking


• Must have the ability to work in various temperatures from -20 to 80 degrees


• Must be able to work the required schedule and overtime, which could involve nights, holidays or weekends
