Job Description:

Position:  HRIS Associate  

Location: Remote – ideal candidate would live in or near Raleigh, NC area

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 

 

Knowesis seeks an experienced HRIS Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the UKG HRIS system. They will work closely with the HR team to ensure the system is fully functional, accurate, and meets the organization's HR data management needs.

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our UKG HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and providing support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UKG HRIS, with experience in system administration, report writing, and data analysis.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:  


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all UKG HRIS-related inquiries from end-users and other departments.

  • Manage and maintain the UKG HRIS system, including system configuration, security, and data accuracy.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform HR strategy and decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data and reporting.

  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users and other stakeholders on UKG HRIS-related topics.

  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

 Required Qualifications:  


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of three years of experience working with UKG HRIS systems.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.

  • Demonstrated experience in UKG HRIS system administration, report writing, and data analysis.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong knowledge of Cognos Business Intelligence Ad-hoc Reporting.
