The ERP Systems Administrator will use experience, knowledge, and skills to support both clinical and corporate staff across multiple states. In this role, the individual will assist in installing new critical infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve escalations, implement new software, provide ongoing support for critical systems, remediate vulnerabilities, and update systems as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Provide day-to-day Dynamics GP support, for example:


• Engaging with users who are experiencing work stoppages caused by error messages, lockups, or other issues.
• Troubleshooting issues with proprietary custom-built applications that operate as extensions of GP (eInventory, AP Imaging, and VDI Manager).
• Provide support for user-issues with Management Reporter report, row, column, and tree definitions.
• Provide support for third-party GP add-on products like:


• Management Reporter
• Mekorma MiCR
• eOne products like Smart Connect, Smart View, Smart List Builder, and Extender
• FastPath Audit Trails
• GP Power Tools
• Postmaster
• Changer
• True Commerce EDI application

• Oversee automation of financial reporting using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS):


• Create new financial reports.
• Maintain existing SSRS reports.
• Maintain/add new cost centers to Dynamics GP and internal SQL Server tables.
• Run Management Reporter data mart rebuilds.
• Use Mass Modifier to add new posting accounts to GP.
• Use and build Smart Connect maps and templates.
• Create SSRS reports and automated procedures promptly and accurately.
• Provide excellent support and collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
• Establish good communications of status on priority requests and outages.
