The Nursing Director of Emergency will oversee a 50 bed unit with 100K annual visits per year and 200 + FTEs. This role will be supported by a Nurse Manager and multiple supervisors. The RN Director Emergency will work with nursing leadership and senior hospital leadership on department and hospital wide quality initiatives.  The Nursing Director Emergency will oversee budget, the department policies and procedures, and will maintain operations with state and Joint Commission guidelines.
