Job Description:

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 



  • Defining and executing a sales plan.

  • Prospecting for potential new customers and opportunities.

  • Managing a sales funnel / following up on quotations

  • Forecasting orders/sales monthly.

  • Generating and storing market intel that will support long-term business decisions.

What We’re looking for:



  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plan / targets – business development experience, preferably heavy metal manufacturing or engineering.

  • Experience sales forecasting and budgeting.

  • Phone, email and live prospecting.

  • Relationship development.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a focus in sales, marketing, business administration, manufacturing, or engineering (experience will be considered in lieu of education).

WORK ENVIRONMENT:


Manufacturing environment: May be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, machinery with moving parts, and exotic materials.


Job may require handling or moving of hazardous waste.


 


ITAR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Adhere to and abide by all ITAR-specific job standards and training.  Protect and properly safeguard ITAR-sensitive information and work product; ensure dissemination or disclosure of and access to “protected data” occurs only with those trained and approved for exposure to ITAR content.
