Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain, analyze troubleshoot and repair computer and mobile devices, hardware and software.
Document processes, perform upgrades, and assist with technology projects.
Skills and Qualifications
5 years of experience in hardware and software support for company workstations, printers and mobile devices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess a strong understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365
Prior experience in supporting financial services applications is preferred, but not required.
Desired professional certifications include: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or related Office 365, or Microsoft OS administration certifications.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.
