What you will do:

As a member of the Digital Support Team, this position will deliver best-in-class service to Wintrust Financial customers via telephone and electronic channels (limited face-to-face customer interaction).  The Digital Support Center will be an escalation point for bankers and customers alike.  The ideal customer advocate is an expert in mobile/online banking and other digital products and will handle customer escalation issues and inbound calls from all bank locations as necessary.  This is a technology-heavy position, and will require walking customers through troubleshooting steps.  Extensive computer and telephone work. Must be passionate about customers and evolving technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide digital support to customers and bankers.  Troubleshoot issues with operating systems, plugins, firewall access for customers, and resolve any issues that arise with their accounts or access.


• Escalations and back room support as necessary.


• Interact with product management and other departments to solve banker and customer problems in a prompt, efficient, and timely matter.

Requirements:

• 
  ​2-5 years related work experience in a financial setting
