The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) is seeking a part-time or full-time Human Resources Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate or administrative professional with 1-2 years of work experience and experience in/or an interest in the field of human resources or organizational development.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Your role as a part-time or full-time HR Associate will include learning and assisting with the day-to-day efficient operations of the HR department to include the following duties:
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications: College degree strongly preferred. 1-2 years of administrative experience, strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), superior detail orientation and excellent communication skills.
Education/Areas of Study: Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Management, Communication or a related field.
