We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment & Member Engagement Coordinator who will report to the Vice President of Human Development. The ideal candidate will serve as a key team member in promoting member development and engagement along with recruiting new team members.  This role will undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires for both of our locations.


  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the member experience.


  • Provide full desk recruiting for open positions, working with staffing agencies and hiring directly through collaboration with hiring managers.


  • Drives the talent acquisition process including workforce planning, determining effective recruitment strategies, interviewing, selection and on-boarding of new Member.


  • Works with HD team and leadership to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs and current talent challenges.


  • Effectively partners with the Radius team to ensure all administration and coordination with candidates/hiring managers runs smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing).


  • Identifies best talent both internally and externally. Actively advocates for internal talent advancement opportunities.


  • Concludes the selection process with the manager and the candidate, including offer negotiations.


  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.


  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.


  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.


  • Participate in coordination of company events and engagement initiatives and programs.


  • Participate in company internal communication efforts for all matters that might be important to our members and future potential members.


  • Research industry best practices in regards to member involvement, committees, communication and engagement methods and advancements applicable to Radius.


  • Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives and look for opportunities to improve current practices that will increase engagement, participation and retention.


  • Promote Radius as a unique employer of choice through communications and social media.


  • Participates in new hire orientations.


  • Assist with HR department clerical duties and benefits administration. 


  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.


  • Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively participating in the safe work of others and the safety of the overall environment.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.


  • At least 2-5 years of human resource experience, preferably in recruitment within a manufacturing environment.


  • Willingness to travel to the Delavan location to work with the team on hiring needs and to build local partnerships and attend recruiting events.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.


  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.


  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS Paycom.


  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain high level of confidentiality


  • Flexible schedule to support all production shifts
