**FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE**

Purpose of Job: Orders, receives, and tracks purchases for production and building equipment. Provides break and PTO relief support for Production Operators as needed.
Job Duties:
Assists with the gathering of raw materials via forklift operator for the blow fill line.
Performs quality tests to ensure the blow fill line is operating properly
Loads raw materials into the blow fill line equipment to ensure continuous operation.
Relieves operators for their breaks and or vacations.
Provides support for finished goods via forklift.
Responsible for cleanup and sanitation of equipment.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have forklift certification or 1 year of experience required.
Must be able to obtain Aquafina certification.
Must have experience in quality testing and documentation.
Must have experience with filler and blow-mold operation, labeler operation, douglas operation, code verification, and robot palletizer operation.
Must be able to perform as a DBF Operator for relief.
Must enjoy working in a manufacturing production line environment.
Must be self-motivated and enjoy working with numbers and tracking performance results.
Must be able to speak and read English.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently (60%) required to sit.
Occasionally (0%-33%) required to walk, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
