We are looking for a talented SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER, TRANSFORMATION LEADER- W/H & LOGISTICS- to join our team specializing in SUPPLY CHAIN for our CORPORATE BUSINESS UNIT in Columbus, IN or your approved HYBRID location.  

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:


  • Materials KPI Management - Operates in relation to recent or historical outputs as compared to expectations of the organization to determine next steps to drive improvement.

  • Inventory Management and Optimization.

  • Materials Planning Parameters - Aligns parameters (minimum order quantity, multiple order quantity, lead time, part cost, etc.) to balance the supply and demand plans while stabilizing the supply chain.

  • Directs work - Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles.

  • Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.


  • B.S or BA in business, engineering or applicable field.

  • At least six (6) years of professional experience in Supply Chain, warehouse, logistics or comparable background.

  • Strong knowledge on Warehousing and Material Operations function and processes (WMO).

  • Assess and identify process gaps across core WMO processes and capabilities.

  • Support and lead site implementations of processes and tools in a hands-on manner to improve site capabilities in WMO.

  • Provide sites with support in the form of diagnostics, KPI's, training, testing, documentation, implementation, and post-implementation of improvements.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
