The IT Program Management Analyst (Expense Management) is responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing processes and data to support the IT Program Management Office to help achieve company strategic objectives. This position is responsible for organizing and monitoring projects, aligning with stakeholders to review and identify opportunities to improve execution, capabilities and delivery.


JOB DUTIES

• Analyzes data to identify trends, relationships, and opportunities to improve processes and monitor program expenses.
• Assists in the development of communication strategies and executes those to provide accurate and timely project information. Additionally, monitors communication effectiveness and make recommendations regarding adjustments to communications strategies and plans.
• Summarizes and presents complex ideas and data efficiently into a format that can be understood by all levels within the organization.
• Develops and maintains a dashboard of key performance indicators and metrics.
• Investigates reporting and process discrepancies and provides solutions.
• Prepares project measures and benefit statements.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to better understand their needs and goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience reviewing financial data and exceptional ability to research and manage accounting discrepancies
• Accounting experience a bonus, including P&L management, and managing large, IT budgets
